BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT & SUPPORT IN MARYLAND
We Are Here to Help You Create a Better Tomorrow
At Walden, we believe in the power of help for today; hope for tomorrow. In our more than forty years of community-based service, we have learned the value of providing choices within a continuum of care able to meet the individualized needs for the personal journey of recovery. The concept of choice, to us, resonates throughout our person-centered programming and our focus on supporting the pathway toward creating and maintaining recovery that works best for each individual we serve.
Walden’s team, our programs, and facilities are all committed to providing professional care focused on a cutting-edge understanding of addiction and mental health disorders as brain-based wellness issues. We are passionate about doing our part to help citizens and influencers understand this health issue.
WE SERVE ADOLESCENTS & ADULTS
At Walden, we assist adolescents and adults to explore and experience service excellence that each person struggling with the pain of a behavioral health issue deserves. We recognize that the experience of addiction and mental health issues is traumatic to individuals and families and that other traumatic events have played a role in the health issues of many who come to us for treatment. As a result, we are dedicated to a trauma-informed approach throughout our programs.
We invite collaboration with family members, community stakeholders, and partners as we seek help for today; hope for tomorrow together.
A CONTINUUM OF CARE
At Pyramid Walden, we are here for you every step of the way in your recovery journey. The journey to full recovery is a long road and takes a big commitment. At Walden, we offer varying levels of services for the full continuum of care.
Committing to all levels of care builds lifelong changes, from sobriety to your career and relationships. You will become more comfortable as you progress through treatment; getting past detox is the hardest part, each step after that becomes easier. The National Institute on Drug Abuse states that remaining in substance use treatment for an adequate length of time is crucial to successful recovery.
You owe it to yourself to make the commitment to all of the levels of care appropriate to your recovery journey. Recovery doesn’t happen overnight – continuing through all levels of care can offer you the best shot at the life you’ve always wanted.
